At Simply Chic we strive to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return your item for an exchange or a refund within the time frame and following the conditions outlined below.
Returns
You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it for a refund or an exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
